House Keeper/General Assistant: 20/25 hours per week over 5 days

Your role will be to keep The Ashton looking its very best. Cleaning & replenishment of guest rooms as well as care of communal areas. Laundry is sent out but you will be expected to check stock in & keep paperwork up to date.

Previous experience is not essential but professionalism and a desire to please is.

Guest Assistant: Seasonal

As much as I'd love to clone Craig the technology just isn't available. So we will be looking for seasonal staff over the summer. 

The role involves making sure all our guests needs are not just met but surpassed. Applicants should have a love for Lancaster and a passion for people.
