All too often breakfast is over looked, a hastily buttered slice of toast and a cup of coffee you don't have time to drink. At The Ashton breakfast is our favorite meal. One to be lingered over and enjoyed, full of fresh and nourishing foods. So in the morning you'll find our sideboard stocked with fresh juices, cereals, fruit salads, homemade compot & granola, creamy thick yoghurt & a selection of home baked breads.
Then once you've grazed enough choose something from our cooked menu. The dishes change with the seasons but our philosophy doesn't; fresh & local is best. Our bacon & sausage are all locally made from Lune Valley pigs, fish comes from Port of Lancaster Smokehouse and eggs couldn't be fresher having only travelled across the garden from our own hens.

Breakfast is served between 8-10am in the dining room, if you're staying in either our Attic or Ground Floor Grand Rooms do ask if you'd rather breakfast in your room.
